In order to protect the health and safety of our employees and our customers, strict hygienic measures will be applied inside our stores. We want to assure you that we respect all the recommendations of the Public Health Agency.

Here is the list of all the sanitary measures that have been taken:

Sanitary measures for the sales floor and relating to customers

• - Reduction of store opening hours::
• - Have an employee at the entrance of the store to welcome customers as well as to offer hydro alcoholic solution for hand washing;;
• - Limit the number of customers inside the store;
• - Install arrows at the store entrance to better direct customers;
• - Install signage in store to inform customers about sanitary measures;
• - Install physical markers on the ground to indicate the distance of 2 meters to be respected between customers at the queues at the checkouts and at the store entrance;
• - Install signs or posters reminding customers of the physical distance measures to be observed;
• - Introduce the wearing of a mask or visor to all our sales advisers, supervisors and directors on the sales floor;
• - Install a sign for the use of the elevator;
• - Close the fitting rooms for customers;

Sanitary measures for the cashiers

• - Install physical markers on the ground to indicate the distance of 2 meters to be respected between customers at the queues at the checkouts;
• - Make 2 lines separated by furniture;
• - Open one case out of two to respect the distance of 2 meters between the cashiers;
• - Install transparent protective screens in front of the boxes;
• - Encourage contactless payments;
• - Install signage to encourage contactless payment;
• - Open a cash register only for payment in cash;
• - Provide a hydro alcoholic solution to cashiers;
• - Encourage cashiers to wash their hands after each transaction;
• - Disinfect payment terminals several times a day.

Sanitary measures for the online orders

• - Cleaning of the articles in the order (or of their packaging when they are packaged);
• - Cleaning the counter, workstations and surrounding space several times a day;
• - Use of gloves for handling the delivered products;
