RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Before returning an item, it is important to note that you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To do this, contact us directly by email or telephone at 819-663-3131.

Please be aware that for online orders, customers are responsible for the shipping fees for returns, unless there was a shipping mistake on our part.

Every day, our focus is to satisfy our customers. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund for items returned with a receipt (and a store credit for items returned without a receipt) within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to the details and exclusions below.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS AND PROCEDURES:

Inspection and Resale Condition: Before any refund or exchange, the product must be inspected and verified to ensure that it is in a resalable condition.

WITH A RECEIPT: For items returned with a receipt within 30 days of date of purchase, the refund will be at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT: STORE CREDIT For items returned without a receipt within 30 days of date of purchase, the store credit will be at the item’s lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax.

ALL RETURNS: OPTION TO EXCHANGE For all items returned within 30 days of date of purchase, with or without a receipt, instead of the applicable refund or store credit you can choose to exchange the item for the exact same product, if available.

EXCLUSIONS—THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS RETURN POLICY:

*Certain items may only be returned in-person to our retail store.
